For account or job deletion questions, include the account email, job file name, and the request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment card information, or original media files.

What to include for errors

Job deletion and privacy questions
When requesting job deletion, include the account email and the file name shown in the job list. For privacy questions, read the privacy notice first, then send any additional questions.
